Late Fee Waiver Request Form

Homeowners requesting a waiver of any late or interest fees must submit the form below for consideration. Please note that admin fees are not subject for removal. Submission of this request does not guarantee approval and will be subject to review by the association’s Board of Directors. Notification of their decision and, if approved, the terms of fee removal will be sent to the email address provided. This form will only be reviewed once all amounts other than late and/or interest fees have been paid in full; submission of a request regarding an account with additional charges will be rejected until payment of said charges is completed. Please include/attach any pertinent information or supporting documentation regarding your request. All determinations will be final, and waivers will not be granted more than once within a 12-month period.
