Jamie Morris, CMCA, AMS, PCAM

Founder & Chief Executive Officer


Texas HOA Management Executive | Community Association Industry Leader

Jamie Morris is the Founder and CEO of Accelerated Association Management Company, bringing more than 20 years of experience in community association management across Texas.


She provides consulting and full-service HOA management for:

Master-planned communities

Homeowner associations (HOAs)

Condominium associations

Townhome associations

Developer associations


Jamie holds the highest professional designations in the industry:

CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations)

AMS (Association Management Specialist)

PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager)


Prior to founding AAMC, Jamie served as a Senior Association Manager overseeing seventeen community associations while supervising twelve community managers. Her leadership focused on strategic planning, financial governance, operational compliance, and board advisory services.

Earlier in her career, Jamie served as a Regional District Manager with a national multifamily management firm, overseeing the acquisition and management of four luxury residential portfolios.


Jamie is actively involved with Community Associations Institute – Dallas/Fort Worth (CAI DFW) and has served as Chairperson on multiple committees. She is committed to raising the standard of HOA management in Texas through integrity, transparency, and hands-on leadership.

Konni Eastin, CMCA

President of Management


HOA Operations & Business Development Leadership

Konni Eastin serves as President of Management at AAMC, overseeing all HOA operations, property management services, and business development initiatives.

With more than 15 years of property management experience, Konni has managed:

Commercial properties

Single-family HOA communities

Townhome and condominium associations

Developer associations 


Konni holds the CMCA professional designations in the industry:

CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations)

Before transitioning into HOA management, Konni spent over 20 years in executive leadership roles within the senior living industry and five years directing marketing and sales for a long-term care pharmacy organization.


She joined AAMC in November 2023 as Senior Community Manager and was quickly promoted to Vice President and then President of Management based on her operational excellence and client-focused results.


Konni leads with structure, accountability, and growth strategy — ensuring communities receive consistent, high-quality management support.

Krystal Rodriguez, CAM

Senior Community Manager


Board Support & Community Operations Leader

Krystal Rodriguez began her career with AAMC in January 2022 and has grown into a Senior Community Manager role through her professionalism, responsiveness, and collaborative leadership style.

She works directly with:

HOA Boards of Directors

Homeowners

Vendors and contractors


Krystal focuses on smooth day-to-day operations, proactive communication, and maintaining community standards in alignment with governing documents.

Her dedication to continued professional growth strengthens the service provided to every association she manages.

Lily Ruiz

Community Manager


Resident Relations & HOA Coordination Specialist

Lily Ruiz serves as Community Manager, overseeing daily operations, homeowner communication, and board coordination for assigned communities.

With a strong background in property services and customer support, Lily emphasizes:

Clear communication with Boards and residents

Organized administrative systems

Proactive problem-solving

Positive vendor relationships


She is committed to supporting board goals, protecting property values, and delivering consistent, professional HOA management services.

Jamie Louthan

Office Manager


HOA Administrative & Front Office Operations Leader

Jamie Louthan is the primary front-office leader at AAMC, managing:

Homeowner communications

Payment processing and account updates

Incoming calls and office support

Administrative coordination


With more than seven years in property management and over twenty years in leadership roles, Jamie brings operational stability and organizational excellence to the firm.


She is a certified paralegal and licensed notary, supporting compliance and documentation needs across the organization.

Savannah Martinez

Accounting Associate


HOA Financial Processing & Reporting Support

Savannah Martinez joined AAMC in October 2023 and transitioned into accounting in January 2024 after demonstrating strong financial aptitude.

She supports:

Accounts payable processing

Financial reporting preparation

Homeowner account reconciliation

Internal accounting workflows


In January 2025, Savannah earned her CAI M-100 certification, reinforcing her commitment to professional development in community association accounting.

She plays a critical role in maintaining financial accuracy and transparency for AAMC communities.
