Jamie Morris is the Founder and CEO of Accelerated Association Management Company, bringing more than 20 years of experience in community association management across Texas.
She provides consulting and full-service HOA management for:

Homeowner associations (HOAs)
Condominium associations
Townhome associations
Developer associations
Jamie holds the highest professional designations in the industry:
CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations)
AMS (Association Management Specialist)
PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager)
Prior to founding AAMC, Jamie served as a Senior Association Manager overseeing seventeen community associations while supervising twelve community managers. Her leadership focused on strategic planning, financial governance, operational compliance, and board advisory services.
Earlier in her career, Jamie served as a Regional District Manager with a national multifamily management firm, overseeing the acquisition and management of four luxury residential portfolios.
Jamie is actively involved with Community Associations Institute – Dallas/Fort Worth (CAI DFW) and has served as Chairperson on multiple committees. She is committed to raising the standard of HOA management in Texas through integrity, transparency, and hands-on leadership.

Before transitioning into HOA management, Konni spent over 20 years in executive leadership roles within the senior living industry and five years directing marketing and sales for a long-term care pharmacy organization.
She joined AAMC in November 2023 as Senior Community Manager and was quickly promoted to Vice President and then President of Management based on her operational excellence and client-focused results.
Konni leads with structure, accountability, and growth strategy — ensuring communities receive consistent, high-quality management support.
