- Our one-on-one management agreement brings you a concierge level of service for your association. We guarantee your association manager will be knowledgeable in all aspects of your association’s business and will personally provide the customer service you deserve.
- Our collections program is highly effective and allows your association to receive delinquent assessments in a timely manner.
- We provide boards with the ability to approve invoices prior to payment via our portal.
- We offer real-time bank reconciliation.
- Our services can be tailored to be fully electronic and paperless.
- All calls and emails to our management team are responded to within 1 business day; all inquiries to our front office are responded to within 2 business days.
- All board members can email homeowners directly through the Smartwebs portal.
- We offer full Smartwebs access for all ACC & Violations processing, payments, resident needs, etc.

JAMIE MORRIS, CMCA, AMS, PCAM
CEO
Jamie has over twenty years of experience in the community association industry, including consulting and management services for master planned communities, homeowner associations, condominiums and townhome associations. Jamie holds the designation of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Professional Community Association Manager, (PCAM).
Jamie brings extensive HOA knowledge above and beyond that of the typical community association manager. Prior to establishing Accelerated Association Management Company LLC. (AAMC), Jamie was a Senior Association Manager responsible for a portfolio of more than seventeen community associations and the supervision of twelve community managers. Before making a career change into association management, Jamie was a Regional District Manager for Investment Residential Management and was involved in the acquisition and management of four large scale portfolios of high-end multifamily residential communities.
Jamie is actively involved in CAI Dallas/Fort Worth and has served as Chairperson on several committees. Jamie is very passionate about making a difference in community association management and is committed to excellence.
ASHLEY WASHER
Vice President of Operations
Ashley has been with AAMC since its inception in 2011. With over eighteen years of experience in construction and community association management, she specializes in single family property owner associations, townhome and condominium associations.
Earlier in her career as a manager, she received several Manager of the Year awards in recognition of her unparalleled level of service and has been a licensed realtor since 2018.
Ashley has extensive experience with developer-controlled associations from start up through the transition to homeowner-controlled associations. Her focus on financial guidance, transparency of operations, maintenance planning, and ability to provide excellent service have yielded high praise from our communities.
KONNI EASTIN, CMCA
Vice President of Management
Konni has six years of experience in the property management industry working with commercial, townhome, condominium and single-family communities. Prior to her role, Konni dedicated twenty years of service in the senior living industry as both a Marketing Director and Executive Director, and five years as Director of Marketing/Sales for a long-term care/compound pharmacy. She joined AAMC in November 2023 as a Senior Community Manager, and has moved up to Vice President, overseeing all property management and business development.
KRYSTAL RODRIGUEZ, CAM
Senior Community Manager
Krystal started her career in the community association industry with Accelerated in January of 2022. During her tenure, she has quickly become a crucial asset to our property management team with her knack for personability and has since been promoted to Senior Community Manager. She notes that favorite part about community management are the interesting people she gets to work with in her communities, and she is eager to learn more throughout her career.
SAVANNAH MARTINEZ
Accounting Associate
Savannah joined AAMC in October 2023 and developed her communication skills as our office manager. Upon growing an interest in finance while maintaining homeowner accounts, she has since been promoted to our sole Accounting Associate in January 2024, assisting with all accounting processes in payables and reporting. As of January 2025, she has earned the M100 CAI certification.
Savannah is interested in expanding her knowledge of property management accounting and learning how impactful her role is.
ALYSSA MARTINEZ
Document Specialist
Alyssa has been apart of AAMC since October 2023, starting as an accounting associate, then earning the role of Office Manager in January 2024. Her previous experience in customer service and effective communication skills ensured homeowner communications were fielded with care as she worked directly under Jamie to assist in procedural reorganization. Now, Alyssa has moved to becoming our Document Specialist, reviewing and implementing all technical documents essential to AAMC and our associations. As of March 2025, she has earned the M100 CAI certification.
LIVEE CARMACK
Office Assistant
Livee joined AAMC as an Office Assistant in January 2025, bringing over four years of customer service experience. She helps keep the office running smoothly by assisting all personnel, fielding all inquiries to our front office, and ensuring homeowners feel supported, which is her favorite part of the job. Outside of work, she enjoys thrifting and spending time with her family.
