Fee Waiver Request Form

Homeowners requesting a waiver of late or interest fees must submit the below form for consideration. Please note that administrative fees or other hard costs (assessments, special assessments, lien filings or releases, title searches, certified letters, NSF, attorney) to the association are not subject for removal. Submission of this request does not guarantee approval and will be subject to review by the association’s Board of Directors. Notification of decision and terms will be sent by the association manager to the contact email address provided. Please include/attach any pertinent information or supporting documentation regarding your request. All determinations will be final, and requests will not be granted more than once within a 12-month period.
