Jamie Morris has over sixteen years experience in the Community Association Industry, which includes, consulting and management services or Master Planned Communities, Homeowner Associations, Condominiums and Townhome Associations. Jamie holds the designation of Certified Manager of Community Associations, (CMCA), the designation of Association Management Specialist (AMS) and the Professional Community Association Manager, (PCAM) designation.
Jamie brings extensive HOA knowledge above and beyond that of the typical community association manager. Prior to helping establish Accelerated Association Management Company LLC., Jamie was a Senior Association Manager with a portfolio of more than seventeen Community Associations and supervised twelve community managers. Before making a career change in to Association Management, Jamie was a Regional District Manager for Investment Residential Management; she was involved in the acquisition and management of four large scale portfolios of high-end multifamily residential communities.
Jamie is actively involved in CAI Dallas/Ft. Worth Chapter. She has served as Chairperson on several committees. Jamie is very passionate about making a difference in Community Association Management and is committed to Accelerated Excellence.
ASHLEY WASHER, CMCA
President of Financial Operations
Ashley Washer has over twenty years in Construction and Community Association Management and has been with AAMC since its inception in 2011. Ashley specializes in single family property owner associations, townhome and condominium associations.
Ashley holds the designation of Certified Manager of Community Associations, (CMCA), the designation of Association Management Specialist (AMS) and is Working on her Professional Community Association Manager, (PCAM) designation.
Ashley has extensive experience with developer-controlled associations from start up through the transition to homeowner-controlled associations. Ashley’s focus on effective communication ensures smooth transitions and satisfies the professionally managed communities. Ashley’s focus on financial guidance, transparency of operations, maintenance planning, committee start up and support, and the ability to provide excellent customer service have provided successful results in her communities.
During her career Ashley Washer has received several Manager of the Year awards and has been recognized for her unparalleled level of service. Ashley has also been a licensed realtor since 2017.
Dani Layne has experience in Multifamily Property Management and has been a Licensed Realtor since 2007. Although she is new to the Community Association Industry, she is growing in her role by using her expertise acquired as a VP of Operations. Her previous employment gave her the opportunity to grow her leadership skills and fine tune the knowledge of company structure and financing. Dani is a strong advocate for creating success through teamwork, dedication, and communication.
She is enthusiastic about supporting our Homeowners and Board Members with integrity and reliability. Dani believes in her ability to help our Homeowners resolve issues in a kind and respectful manner and prides herself on being available to help in any way possible.
When not working she will be found with her husband and 2 pups, cooking, gardening, or golfing!
